Einzig die kostenlosen Poolhandtücher sind ein 30 Jahre altes Sammelsurium an übrig gebliebenen Gästehandtüchern, da könnte man für wenig Geld etwas Aufwertung betreiben. "

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"A wonderful family owned boutique hotel with kind and friendly staff. Though we had to drive up a very steep hill to reach the hotel and tight parking situation, they helped us park safely. Amazing breakfast with a view on their rooftop terrace!"

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. While we had a car, the hotel is only about a 15–20 minute walk from Sarandë’s center, which was convenient. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast quality. Overall, a great stay and good value!"

"Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel. "

"The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...

"Lovely family-run hotel in a fab location - just off the promenade and a couple of minutes' walk from the city beach. We had a top-floor, sea-view room; the view was beautiful and the noise from below didn't bother us at all, even though I'm a light sleeper. Our room was cleaned every day, really lovely throughout.
