"The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating."

"The room bedding had white stains if you know you know what Im saying! super gross!!! The room smelled of onions/garlic meaning arm pit smell that never went away!!!! Three days of hell we slept in one spot and didn’t move all night! Then one morning while getting on the elevator another lady asked us if our room was as bad as hers smh so I we were not the only ones that had a bad experience with our rooms! The elevator was scary the door opened and closed with the speed of a snail with a loud noise that made you second guess getting in it!!!!! Ohhhh and to top it off the night before check out the whole top canopy from the front of the building fell like really fell idk if anyone was hurt or parked under it when that happened!!!!! I have a video and pictures of it all even the canopy in the front!!!! Not worth the money we spent here!!!!! They should refund our money!!!! Just that canopy collapsing was scary enuff to keep everyone away!!!!!"
