The reception desk look and functioned like a temporary fixture! The public restroom sink faucet came off in my hand and I could not get any water to wash my hands! Bathroom sink faucet in room 204 was so old and corroded it was difficult to rotate it to control water temperature. The ACH unit looked like it had been pulled in from outside and was weather worn on the top and was a large obtrusive unit. Room draperies were flimsy and did no keep out the street lights. Old worn towels and face clothes. A disappointing experience.

Room functionality was lacking. No place for a soap dish in the shower, no towel racks to dry towels, no hairdryer. Breakfast was all refined sugary carbs. No protein nor fruit. Shuttle service to the airport was great.

The shuttle from the airport to the property was very difficult, but the shuttle from the property to the airport the next day was much better. The room had splotches of something on the wall.

The shuttle was difficult to figure out. I tried to call the front desk to ask and it took four separate calls before anyone answered. By that time I had figured out that the shuttle came on the half hour but luckily the front desk told me it would be there in 15 min. Otherwise I would have missed it. Check in was fine but not necessarily warm and welcoming.

Room was small but clean. Hallway clearly hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. Staff was friendly but had to wait for a prolonged time to get a receipt upon check-out. Hotel is located behind others with no restaurants in immediate vicinity.

We were contacted by Microtel and told we were rebooked to a different hotel. Wevwere booked for 2 nights. On the 2nd day there we were contacted and told we had a death in the family and we needed to return home immediately. The desk associate at Sleepinn told me because we checked out within the alloted time she would reach out to Microtel and see if we could get part of our money refunded. We have heard nothing from Microtel.

This hotel was clised for renovation, but it moved me to the excellent Best Western Premier on Peoria St in Denver at no cost and even paid for my Uber ride there since no shuttle was available. This was the fairest treatment of a customer that I have witnessed in many years!

Microtel was completely tore up and under construction. Lady out front in a pickup smoking a cigarette told us our reservation was moved to another motel. Will never stay at a Wyndham property again. May never use Expedia again for putting me in this type of situation 😥😥

Absolutely and utterly rubbish!! They cancelled my booking without telling me and when my daughter arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour flight she was told they had no rooms!! Kim at reception was absolutely lovely to my daughter and was the only saving grace for this abysmal establishment. Very noble of them to turn the hotel into a shelter however they need to accommodate or inform the paying customers ahead of time so people are not stranded in the middle of the night. I would NOT recommend this hotel and if I could give 0 stars I would.

It seems to be a home for migrant workers. The men are bussed away in the morning. The women and children are left in the hotel. The foyer of the hotel is fired out like an employment office. All of the signs are handwritten in Spanish. We were there for 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. The beds weren’t made. The trash was not emptied. Terrible stay.

We had a shuttle set for 5:40am and they didn’t have anyone to drive that morning. Had to get an UBER lucky that we complained about it and after we got it they did pay for it

There seem to be migrant workers staying at the hotel. The children are hanging out in the parking lot and in the lobby. It feels strange. The breakfast area is not set up in an appetizing manner.

The government as took over this hotel. Boarder crossers have been bused to this location. Government handouts in lobby people laying in halls next to your room. Just tremble booked on line and could get out of it. Front desk did not care about their own.

Got to hotel only to be told we were moved to a different hotel. Looked like they had brought in bus loads of migrants, even little babies sitting in filthy parking lot. Felt unsafe there as well as the one they sent us to, with shady looking people all around. Why do tax paying Americans have to suffer the consequences in situations like this??
