Lovely pool and gardens, very good staff
Stayed 5 nights and made the most of the pool area. Excellent wifi, staff lovely and rooms spotlessly clean with updated decor. Very central to beach and restaurants - give Papas Bistro on main road a try - amazing food.

This was a perfect choice for us. Small, close to main drag but not in the center of it. So peaceful. The staff was above and beyond our expectations. Thx Santi, you were the best😊. It was so great we will be back. Breakfast was a great start to every day.

Book it!
The location is really the best one in Sanur! Easy to the beach, supermarket, dining places and the nightmarket where you can get amazing food! Sanur House is a hip place.. The room is so nice! You can lay down at the swimming pool in the sun or in the shadow.. For breakfast there are several options.. They can also pick you up at the airport or araange some trips.. Staff is friendly and helpful..

Charming, friendly, relaxing oasis.
Loved this little hotel, a charming oasis just around the corner from Sanur's main shopping/dining strip. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. One saw me struggling to blow up a pool toy and immediately came out with a pump to do it for me. The included breakfast is good quality - Bali coffee, fruit bowl, eggs on toast and pineapple juice. We ordered lunch by the pool and that was great too. They allowed us to hang around the pool for two hours after (12noon) check-out. Couldn't have been more helpful, and very sweet with my daughter. We had a deluxe room which was perfectly adequate, with icy aircon, a tv with some channels in English, plenty of storage space and quirky pop-art on the walls. The shower pressure was weak, and it took several minutes for the hot water to come through, but no big deal. Also, the lock on the door was pretty flimsy and had a bit of a trick to it, but there is a small safe in the room, so that didn't worry me greatly either. Overall, a lovely experience. Have moved on to a bigger resort now and actually wish we hadn't! We will return to Sanur House.

Fantastic place to stay just off Main Street so lovely and quiet. Beautiful clean rooms and incredibly friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, especially as so reasonably priced.

It was our first night in Bali and everything was exquisite. It's a nice, quiet out of the way place, tucked away, on a small quiet street, one block away from the main road. And the breakfast was delicious, full of many choices. I loved this place.

Good location close to many good cafes and the beach. Big room good shower and comfortable bed with good wifi and tv. Good value for location. Breakfast could be improved as a few things were missing from the inclusive menu. Food is cheaper outside of the hotel. Sunbeds beside the pool are very uncomfortable.Handy laundry across the street. Overall would stay again for a short stop

Lovely staff
The room is good, the wifi is strong, the location is really close to the main street and to the beach. The staff is so lovely there!! We only stayed for 2 nights and spent the rest of our trip at Gili Island. They helped us to book the tickets and they even told us that we could come back to the hotel if we needed a place to wait before to head to the airport. We actually did this and they kept our suitcase, they offered us access to the swimming pool with towels, bathroom if we needed a shower etc....such a genuine service. You guys are amazing, thank you so much for your hospitality and everything you did for us! Keep us the good work :)

3rd stay at thus gorjyz hotel Staff are genuine helpful and obviously like their job!! Accomodating and allowed my friends with 2 local sponsor girls to experience their first swim in a pool!!! So kind. Will always stay here as now one of my fav.places to stay.

Great place.
Really enjoyed our stay at Sanur House. The staff were so lovely and very eager for us to have a good stay. Very good English so communication was easy. Good breakfast. Good communal areas. 3 minutes walk to main street in Sanur. 2 minutes to little shops and excellent warung. I will definitely stay here again when back in Sanur.

I had a very nice time at Sanur House. The staff were extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful. The room has basic amenities. The breakfast is good, the pool is nice and the location is pretty central to the Sanur beaches. It is also very nice to have a great laundry service across the street that happens to sell trips to the islands for 150k less than the places on the main strip. There are some nice shops nearby, including a tailor where I had some pants made. Very cool stay all around.

The staff at Sanur House was excellent. The room was good & had a nice balcony. It is quiet because it is on a small sidestreet. There was a nice pool area & lots of greenery. It was a short walk to many good restaurants & also quite close to the beach. Breakfast (included) was wonderful - eggs, toast, jam, fruit & yogurt, coffee & juice.

Sanur House is an excellent place to stay. It is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff is very cooperative and kind. Facilities are good, large room with balcony, excellent bed and linens, safe box, very good shower facility, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of closet space, heavy curtains, strong air-conditioning. The pool is very clean. Service and quality of included breakfast could improve some.

Sanur House is amazing!!!! Do not pass this place up! I orginally booked for one night because I was island hopping the next day. I loved it so much I booked a second night. The staff is extremely friendly & always smiling. The deluxe king is very spacious, enough room for two king beds. Everything is updated in boho chic/beach vibes with traditional door & tile. The food is good too. I had the honeydew smoothie plus quesadilla. I will definitely come back to Sanur just for Sanur House. Less then 2 minute walk to all the shopping & restaurants. About 10 minute walk from the beach. Enjoy your stay!

I wish I could rate this place higher. Especially the staff. They are an amazing group and make you feel welcome and cared for. No matter the request, the answer is never "no". The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and I'm still dreaming about the Nutella cold coffee. (Why is that not a thing in Canada?). The location is excellent - just five minutes' walk to the beach or the Main Street where there are restaurants, shops and spas aplenty, yet it's on a quiet back street so it's peaceful. I highly recommend sanur house.

Cosy guesthouse close to everything
After a flight delay, I arrived at Sanur House just past midnight but was still able to check in smoothly. This was a major relief as I was stressing because of the midnight check-in cutoff. I was greeting with a smiling face and a refreshing drink. The room was clean although this time of year was plenty of ants/bugs around. This doesn't bother me (as an Aussie I'm used to it) but may bother other people. The shower was either boiling hot or cold, no in between so made hard to have a proper shower. Also toilet didn't flush properly. I was only given 2 bottles of water, and for a three night stay had expected daily bottled water as with other places I've stayed in. The pool was lovely. It's not heated so expect cool water temperatures. The continental breakfast was delicious and for an additional (cheap) price I ordered eggs every day. Short 2 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, warungs and shops. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Overall pleasant stay. You get what you pay for. Would rexommend to budget travelers.

What a lovely little boutique hotel. The people of Bali a gorgeous, and the staff at this little place a the best example of that. The girls santini, Mary and daffy. Henry and the big smiling faces of the boys in the kitchen, thank you for making out stay perfect. Sanur house is close to everything, in a central position, with a funky Bali vibe, its quite the garden and pool are lovely. Breakfast is everything you need. The staff were happy to help with bookings and advise on anything you may need of want. Thanks guys see you next time

Nice quiet place. Friendly attentive staff. Lovely pool (small). Good breakfast. Short walk to shops, restaurants & beach. Only downside was that my arranged airport pickup was a no show, not what I needed after a long day of travel. Never even got an apology either. Also had issues with TV in room, enquired twice about having it fixed but never happened. Luckily I spent most of time out of room.

A magical place!
I loved staying at Sanur House and would recommend it to anyone! A beautiful, soulful stay. From the moment I emailed, I was treated as part of this Balinese family - greeted with such warmth and caring that certainly made this an extraordinary standout on my trip. Well-positioned, very comfortable rooms, wonderfully peaceful. One of my highlights was the pool, which was lit up with candlelight at night. Also, most especially the staff who put their heart and soul into what they do for those who visit. Thank you Henry for the passion and care you displayed which conveyed an authentic and whole-hearted interest in everything you did. Thank you Eka for your professionalism and kindness which made it easy to feel at home. Close to the main centre of Sanut, lovely quaint place with excellent food and beautiful gardens a real taste of the unique Bali, however rooms especially bathrooms need more work.

Love staying in Sanur House
Perfect location set back from the main street.Staff are always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful pool to cool down in surrounded by beautifully manicured garden. This was my 6th time staying here and will go back again next time I visit Bali.
