A totally run down place that requires some serious maintenance. - doors are rusted and don’t close properly - rooms and toilets were very dirty - beach is littered and can’t be used - food quality is poor We booked seven nights but checked out after first night. Luckily we got our refund. Don’t stay at this place - you will surely regret your choice.

People and food are excellent at the Villa. The Villas are aging and need a bit of repair but Don't let that stop you from coming. This is diffently a Get-Away-From-it-All place. I can't believe that I could afford such a fantastic place. Can't wait go return.

It was an amazing villa!
We stayed two nights in one of the 3 bedroom villas with a private pool. It was completely amazing and we wished we could have stayed longer before moving on to another part of Bali. It did not disappoint and the rate was very reasonable, too.

Awful Accomadation
For what it cost it wasn’t what we expected.It certainly wasn’t as nice as what was advertised. The cleanliness was below average and overall the facility was disappointing and we had to move after 2 nights. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The safe was not very safe
My wife forgot and left her diamond ring in the safe when we departed. We called and emailed the hotel within 45 minutes of leaving. The response we received, "We are pleased to inform you if we found the safe is open and there is nothing in it." Apparently, the safe is not very safe at this hotel. Further, the place was very run down. Toilets don't flush, mould everywhere, dead fish in the ponds, dog excrement on the lawn, no water pressure, poor air conditioning and doors that would not close properly or at all. Definitely in need of a serious facelift and better security proceedures.

Questionable maintenance
Lovely place but there issues with some maintenance. The last night the ceiling was leaking water from the overnight rain. Other more minor issues including shower placement, shower head, one of the air conditioners not working (wasn't in a bedroom so wasn't a problem), loose planks. Wi-Fi was erratic and generally not very strong. Nice rooms, great pool, and good views from the top floor.

Excellent stay and service; hotel was gorgeous
My family and I stayed at Bima Villa from 22-25th November. The villa was gorgeous situated in front of the beach. Architecture was amazing and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities were convenient and the staff was friendly and went beyond their duties. Kitchen cabinets were a little old and some were broken. One of the rooms' air-conditioners didn't work. However, everything else was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. 4.5/5. Well done, Pandawa Villa!

great place and the best staff ever.
Pandawa Beach Villas and spa was the best accommodation my family and I have ever stayed. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the shops and right across the beach. The staff were the best I have ever had, they were very friendly and helped with anything concerns we had, as it was our first trip to Bali. Our villa was overlooking the beach which was very convenient and relaxing for myself and the kids. I would recommend Pandawa Beach to anyone or any family who is interested in a great holiday! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF AT PANDAWA YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST.

Stay away, it's a scam
This is a terrible place. Booked a three bed room villa for three days but only stayed two. Everything so old and dirty. The white quilt is grey in color. All curtains are dirty and dusty. The living room only have two walls so feel like camping in the wild. The beach is the worst part, it's nothing like the golden sand beach but all black sand with plenty of rubbish on the beach. Wild dogs wondering around to find food, so we didn't even come close. The food is Okay but you can understand it won't taste as good in this environment. Have to leave after two days stay. I personally think most of the 50dollar homestay in BALI is much bette than this.

Dear Mr. Jhon Warmest greeting from the pandawa beach villa and spa we apologize for your inconvenience during your stay at pandawa beach villa. we have been trying to provide the best service to our customers. the location of our villa is where there is a beach with black sand type. because our location is not the southern coast which has golden sands but the east coast which is near the volcano area. This is influenced by volcanic objections that produce volcanic material in large quantities. Material in the form of black rocks is a volcano lava that flows into the sea and then harden. even here is where turtles lay their eggs at night because they have a warmer and softer sand temperature. about the rubbish and sand dust we are so sorry and sorry. dust is indeed because the location of our villa is right in front of the beach so sometimes the wind blows sand material but we always try to clean it regularly. we will do better in the future. thanks for your suggestions and impressions. this will be very beneficial for the development of our villa.

Awesome Beachfront Villa
The Nakula villa at Pandawa is nicely located by the sea which makes the view from the moment you step foot on the front door absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the waves and perfect size swimming pool makes you really wonder whether this villa is real. The staff were accomodative and wonderful except for a minor water outage which lasted about two hrs. They will need to improve on their emergency response plan and/or educate the security or staff on duty to reset the booster pump trip which could have shorten the water outage to not more than ten mins. But then again, those flaws can be forgivable once you dip into the deep pool and enjoy the sea view which is also visible from the villa bedrooms. Access to the beach for a nice stroll or morning jog is just a wooden door away.

Secluded. Huge villa. A lot for your money.
This would be a gorgeous honeymoon spot. Very secluded and right on the black sand beach. It's a bit far from some sightseeing so be aware if you want to walk to anything this isn't the spot for you.

bit far from Sanur, food not real good
staff where nice, 3 bedroom villa is huge, pool & outside surrounds are beautiful but, 2 air cons were loud (fan bearings busted), 2 of 3 toilets didn't flush properly, rat came in for a visit each night, no privacy in bathrooms as they have glass doors, included breakfast was very ordinary, we ordered pizza's for lunch for my boys which they did not eat (don't blame them, horrible), 15 minutes out of Sanur, a bit far when we had to eat out every day, 2 times a day, I don't think we would stay again for the price (not worth it), nice with beach out front, but when we went for a walk, dog droppings, plastic bags & rubbish everywhere

We were highly elated when enetered the villa to see a great sea view. It's right on the beach with just a wall separating. The beach is not very clean and not even safe for swimming, but nice for a walk or run. Private pool is great with sunset view. Enjoyed stay with 8 friends. All bathrooms have glass doors, with direct view from bed. It may be great for honeymooners but that's not right for a 3 room villa where obviously families and friends will come. Staff was cordial, kitchennette was ok, could have been much better.

Nice getaway from city life
Hotel location: A bit deep and far, but it was all worth it and it was jus beatiful. Room : We had a villa with 3 rooms, 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor, we had a few issues with the aircon flow on the ground level, but nothing could beat the environment and serenity Overall: I had the best time of my life in this 3 days in bali, althought we were travelling mostly, but coming back and taking a dip in the pool was the most relaxing feeling anyone could feel. Lastly its so peaceful there and the best part you can see stars more visibly than the city area.

Spacious 3-bedroom ocean villa right on the beach
The villa is located in a remote area about 10 minutes drive from Sanur. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, it is a perfect getaway. However, because of the distance from restaurants etc., we had to rely on hotel shuttle to get anywhere, which was an added fee and not free, as I had read on the internet. The pool was fantastic, and the view of the black sand beach was stunning, but we didn't go down to the beach because there were too many locals beach-combing the area, which was pretty full of trash that had washed up. The rooms are spacious and each has its own en suite bathroom. Our butler, Kadek, was very accommodating and helped us arrange a day of golfing at the nearby Bali Beach Golf Club and a day of touring.

When we arrived we were a bit surprised about where we were. You are quite far out & very local. The Villas look amazing in photos but are in need of some serious maintenance. The Air Cons had been removed from the main living area so that made it very uncomfortable as the sun shone straight into this glass enclosed room. We couldn't open the sliding doors (rusted shut) so no breeze could get in. We ended up spending family time either in the pool or in our bedroom. The Villas are not equipped so be prepared if you have young ones. Overall the rooms were super comfy, but for a young family not good as each bedroom is not separate so the parents had to split up with the kids for safety etc. The view is awesome - if you don't mind the lack of privacy from locals walking up & gawking at you. The beach was litter ridden which I found hard to look past. You are too far from any restaurants in Sanur for delivery & the food we ordered in house was very expensive for what is was & not very good quality.The highlight was the pool, and watching the New Years Eve fire works from our little deck. We even saw dolphins in the morning. This place is gorgeous, and has huge potential. the view & pool made up for the other grievances. It was certainly worth the money you pay, & you can't complain about that. If you remember these tips, you could have a really good stay.

Peaceful Slice of Paradise in Bali
We stayed at Pandawa for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. If you're looking for a private, tranquil, relaxing, and customized experience (catered food, service upon call...anything you need) right along the beach, getting a villa at Pandawa is the right thing for you. It's a wonderful place to host a party as well (common spaces are large). Activities in the area include water sports and horse back riding, and the friendly staff is willing to arrange really anything you desire to do (they'll even take you to Kuta for a night out). Thank you so much to Wayan, Marty, Maya, Kaltec, Jay, the masseuses and the rest of the local staff for making our stay so special.

The shower is not ideal which is an opened tub and shower head. Once you bath, you would expect to "flood" the bathroom. Aircon is a flaw and despite many times of repairs during our five days stay, they never get fixed. Private transport provided by hotel is expensive n it is good to call for blue bird taxi instead. Overall is still ok esp the view...

Better than most villas I've been to
Pros - very well maintained and great staff. The black sand beach, barrelling waves and local feel of the place was great - very refreshing change to the usual tourist route, feels very local. The place looks like the photos, immaculately clean and in good condition. We asked for an ocean view and were upgraded to a magnificent beachfront that felt very private even when other couples are sharing the villa. Cons - the water pressure was pretty bad, but that could be endemic to most private villas in Bali. Our aircon was broken but they promptly offered us a new room. The spa facilities is average. Nothing around us so quite inconvenient to eat out but with a car or scooter it will be fine.

Secluded but nice
The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the way it always smelled every time you walked in (calming). Two down falls: 1= It was very secluded. Too far to walk to town but at least they had a free shuttle & 2 = I never got a good shower or bath because of the unstable water pressure and temperature. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if this is your 1st trip to Bali. You want to stay in a hotel close to shops and restaurants so you can walk around and explore. If you've been to Bali and your looking for complete seclusion, than this might be a good choice for you.

Beautiful villa, bad location and beach
The hotel itself is very picturesque, the staff are very friendly, prompt and discreet. The room service is excellent and the rooms and beautifully designed. Wifi works well. The only thing that brings this hotel down is the location. I stayed with my partner and we were both under the impression the hotel was on/ near sanur beach. It is not. In fact the name places it deceptively as sanur because even a few taxi drivers couldn't find it's location. The actual location is ketewel which is 20 minutes north of sanur in the middle of a Balinese township. Now if you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. But if you like to explore your immediate surroundings for good eateries and shops then u better jump in a can each time because they're is nothing around for miles. The beach is riddled with rubbish. The actual beach if I were disregard the rubbish had many rips and was quite literally un swimmable. All this meant was that when you are at this villa, you are literally stuck at this villa unless u fork out 50k and go into sanur like we did each time. Such a large drawback to an otherwise beautiful and well staffed hotel.

静かな場所
静かな場所でゆったりゆっくり過ごせました。目の前が海でプールも気持ち良いです。プールは全てがかなり深いです。 Villaは口コミほど汚くはありませんでしたが、白いタオルが染みだらけなのが残念です。また、新しいシーツに虫の羽があるのが少し困りました。 しかし、スタッフの皆様はいつも笑顔で優しかったです。事前のやりとりもしっかりしていただけ安心出来ます。

Dålig personal som försökte lura en
Personalen kunde knappt engelska , och när vi köpte lunch så tyckte en av personalen att 40 tusen rupieh var small money och vi fick inte växel tillbaka men annars var det ok dock väldigt slitet hotell + att vi fick helt fel villa än den vi bokade

海は見えましたよ。
３泊のうちの2泊をこのビラに泊まりました。25日前に予約して、その時点で全6部屋で4部屋の空きでしたが、案内された部屋は海との間に別の部屋がある後ろの部屋。入室後すぐにお湯が出ないのがわかり、部屋をかえてもらいましたが、その部屋も夜シャワーが水、翌日元の部屋がなおったから元の部屋へ引越し、でも夜やはり初めの3分くらいでまた水。今回の旅で温水シャワーはクタのすごく安いホテルの1泊だけ。帰りの空港のラウンジでシャワーして帰りました。あ～やれやれ。部屋や庭や設備は薄目で見たらすごくいい雰囲気です。ちゃんと見てしまうと「ん～」。ビラとしての材料は整っていますが、それぞれが薄目で見ないとイライラしてしまいます。設備等のメンテナンスが雑でほぼしていないに近いです。部屋のカギは締まりますが…キッチンや洗面室の引き出しはかってに出できてしまい、足で押さえながら…洗面台の水栓はぐらぐらして押さえながら…ブラケットがあるのにテレビが無い…ある部屋のテレビはリモコンが使えないのでコンセントを抜いたり…エアコンは温度調節できないから入り切りで…しかも音がガラガラとずっと…あちこちで雨漏りや雨漏りの跡や水が溜まった天井…プールはゴミも少なくよく掃除をしています、が、その隣のオブジェ的な水の流れている所やサブプール的な所は開店いらい掃除していないと思われる汚さ…金魚がかわいそう?それとも金魚が掃除してる?…蚊発生しているようで、ビラに泊まってはじめて気になる程に蚊に刺されて…雨季だったのでドゥダルゥが出るのにドア開けっ放しにされてベッド周りにたくさん…う～…やっぱり日本人はこんな部屋に通されてしまうのかな～って悲しかったですね。いままでビラ泊ではハズレが無かったのですが………大ハズレ………

Beach villas are "worn out". The staff tried their best to compensate with extra good service.

Abenteuerurlaub
Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Da es dort sehr gefährlich war, aufgrund der vielen hochstehender Nägel auf den Laufwegen. Mein Freund hat von den Platten einen ungewollten Abgang in den Pool gemacht und sich dabei den Fuß sowie den Unterschenkel aufgeschürft. Service ist sehr bemüht, essen lecker! Frühstück nicht gut!
