The shower is impossible to regulate and is either cold or extremely hot. There is a constant disgusting odour in the bathroom and on our first night we had to shift rooms at midnight due to tiny black bugs in the bed. Breakfast was average at best and we actually felt sorry for the staff who were nice and must have to make...

"I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. "
