And very disappointed! At 2 o’clock in the morning, I did not notice my room was occupied previously. It was not properly clean. The bedsheets was not changed when I addressed that issue. They didn’t care. They acted like they did, but in reality did not at all.! From previous experience when you checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning, you pay half of the price, not in this hotel… I had issues with stuff missing from my room. Headphones were on my night table never could find…. Then they raised our conversation in my portal, that was interesting. I spoke to a manager, and everyone was so nice to my face and minutes I left. Nothing was down. All the promises were a lies …

Denizli’de bu otelde konaklama fırsatı bulduğumuz için çok mutluyuz. Baştan sona her detay düşünülmüş ve misafirlerin konforu için özenle tasarlanmış bir tesis. Odalar son derece temiz, modern ve ferah. Yatakların rahatlığı, banyo malzemelerinin kalitesi ve odanın atmosferi dört dörtlüktü. Personel güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi, ihtiyacımız olan her şeyde hızlıca çözüm üretti. Kahvaltıdan da bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim! Sunulan ürünlerin tazeliği ve çeşitliliği etkileyiciydi. Hem yerel tatları hem de klasik seçenekleri bulmak mümkün. Denizli’ye yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih etmenizi öneririm.
