For check-in, the lady at reception, Yeshmi, was great! The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was no elevator, and since we were traveling with elderly people, it was difficult for them to use the stairs. Also, there was a bit of a moldy smell inside the rooms. We checked three rooms and chose one on the third floor, where the smell was much lighter. Overall, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel is close to Pamukkale—only about a 7-minute drive—and there’s a 101 supermarket right next door, which was really convenient.

Staff were good. Facility is below average. Breakfast was so poor, hense this area is reach of food, but we did not see any traditional turkish food (dissapointing). With it's size in this small area, i found it really shoking not to have a lift.

Pros: great pools with waterslides; convenient location with parking. Cons: breakfast was very bad with limited options (one whole table with cheese and one with olives so unless you love cheese and olives you will be hungry); my shower was broken and even though I told staff many times it never got fixed; getting the room cleaned was difficult; hotel restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t great

A most pleasant stay

The food in the restaurant’s in the area close to the hotel was poor, we enjoyed the restaurant our stay was very pleasant. I did enjoy the swimming pools the restaurant breakfast this morning it was delicious adjusted the restaurants around the area of the hotel are not really good but the hotel the property is in good condition the stuff oh my gosh, those people are wonderful. Please thank him for me.

Ok for 1-2 nights

Overall is good! Consider there isn’t much hotels to choose from as of October 2023. It is very close from the west entry to travertine mount and Hierapolis town ( 5 min walk). It’s got a 2 pools,1 restaurant and 1 bar. The room we staying deserves better cleaning conditions and little moisture smell comes from bathroom.

Excellent hôtel au service irréprochable ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients il nous a aider avec nos passeports, la piscine est agréable et le restaurant très bon. Situé à deux pas des travertins de Pamukkale, c’est l’endroit parfait pour profiter du site.

Odalar biraz eski, klozet kapakları elde kalacak gibiydi, klozetler sarı sarıydı sanırım yeni el değiştirmiş. Yapılacaktır diye düşünüyorum ancak temizlik yeterliydi. Havuz başı çok güzeldi ve keyifliydi, personel çok ilgili. Akşam otelde ücreti karşılığı yemek yedik canlı müzik eşliğinde çok beğendik. Fiyatlar da otel şartlarına göre gayet makul, Pamukkale’ye de yakın. Araçla çok rahat ulaşırsınız 5-6 dakikada. Mutlu ayrıldık.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Anlage mit zwei Pools einer mit zwei Rutschen sind sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und tolle Betten. Auf eine saubere und ordentliche Anlage wird sehr viel Wert gelegt.

Müdürün tavrı dışında her şey çok güzeldi

Anya Resort Hotel; Otele girdiğimizde sıcak bir karşılamayla valizlerimizi alarak bize yardımcı oldular. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar bize gezebileceğimiz lokasyonlara kadar anlattılar. Odaları gayet düzenli ve temizdi.Birisi normal diğeri kaydıraklı olmak üzere 2 adet havuzu vardı.Havuzları temizdi.Kahvaltı ideal bir açık büfeydi.Çalışanları güler yüzlüydü.Fakat müdürlerinin çok dini değerlere sahip olmadığını ezan okunurken farkettik ve bizi rahatsız etti.Ezan okunuyor diye şarkıyı kapatan çalışanlarına kızarak” burda namaz kılan mı var açın sesini” tavrıyla bunu bize gösterdi.Hoş bir yaklaşım değildi.Bunun dışında memnun kaldığımız bir otel oldu

Otel açılmış, belli ki o günden beri hiç bakım yapılmamış gibi, odada karıncalar var, duşakabin ve duş başlığı kırık, klozet aparatı paslı, taharet açacağı elimde kaldı, restorant hizmeti iyi değil, çalışanlar acemi(tahmini olarak hepsi stajyer veya yaşları çok küçük olduğundan çok acemiler ve yavaş, kahvaltı çeşit çok göstermek için önceki günlerden kalan ürünler oldığu çok belli(kuru pastalarla gofretle doldurulmuş, sigara böreği, soğan halkası, sucuk, sosis A101 den alınıp pişirilmiş gibi geldi.

Çok Güzel

Otel son derece temiz, çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü. Havuzu oldukça geniş ayrıca bebek havuzu var ve 2 tane kaydırak var. Odamız ve havuz yanyanaydı diyebilirim çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı biraz geliştirilebilir.
