Very musty smelling, unclean and outdated. Bathroom drains clogged and front desk not nice at all! Dead batteries in remote and facility refused to correct. Unprofessional in general!

Room & amenities were great, this is our 3rd time at this location. I didn’t realize they allowed pets, so we did hear barking a few times. That didn’t bother us a much as the housekeeping staff knocking loudly at every door around us and talking loudly. I think they could clean rooms that have already checked out before waking up everyone on the floor. Front desk and bar staff were great, enjoyed our food & drinks.

When checked in was told we could get additional towels,same day as check in went to front desk asked for towels was told they had no clean towels because the laundry did not work overnight!

Took over 2 hours to check including 45 mins on phone with Expedia trying to get good confirmation number for hotel. Didn't get room that i reserved on-line, room had old chicken nuggets on floor from past guest.

The redeeming quality was the super friendly and helpful staff. But won’t stay here again. Pillows were miserable, AC didn’t work very well, toilet was clogged, bedding was meh.

Lackluster hotel that really only has it amenities going for them. The rooms are dated and beds were not comfortable at all. The location and environment were quiet, but overall not worth the price we paid.

It's ok. Not worth the price. Beter hotels for cheaper are nearby. The night staff screwed up our rooms and lost our booking. they were not friendly or helpful in getting it resolved. had t wait til the next day to speak with the day manager. Rooms are comfortable enough but the place is pricey and not worth it.
