Overpriced for the quality of room and service
Rude manager who refused to explain extra charges to my bill until I said I would leave a bad review. Room was comfortable but needed repairs. Inside corridor was noisy; lot of noise from trucks on the highway as well. It's overpriced for the quality and there are better motels close by. But it seemed safe and my one-night stay there was uneventful.
Not family friendly...tried to make us pay 2 rooms
They wouldn't let us stay in 1 room and we have under age children with us for a family trip. He also wouldn't refund our money cuz he said he already charged the 3rd party card so we ended up going down the road to Days Inn where they were more than happy to accommodate us all in 1 room with 2 beds and they served us a very hood warm breakfast. All in all, dont stay at this super 8 at all!!!! Not family friendly
Our room had about 2 dozen dead bugs scattered between the two beds and behind the headboards. Did not feel like the room has actually been cleaned in a long time. Outdated and unkept.
It is an older hotel, the rooms was clean but had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. It took about 40 minutes waiting in line to check in, seriously. There was one employee working the text and she was slammed on a busy Saturday night.
Having made the reservation on line when I arrived at the hotel I was informed the low rate was for smoking . That was never shown on the app. But extra $ 13.00 ok . Then finding “due to Covid” no breakfast served . Ok - not on the app . Bait and switch to say the least . So - I’ll never use Superv8 in Deming nor Hotels.com .
Can’t rely on the info on line .
Night manager/owner was nice , however.
where to start - 20yr old pillows, uncomfortable mattress, noisy hallways, less-than-friendly check-in clerk. left middle of nite; went down the road to Las Cruces

We stayed there 4 nights and the pool was so cold my kids go swimming. I specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the hot tub was broken. The ice machine was out of order and the bed was not up to standards.

It was grungy and staff did bare minimum at checkin.
DO NOT STAY HERE - We stayed because it was Spring Break and better hotels were booked and we had been on the road for 12 hours and tired. We booked two beds. The sheets were dirty and stained and the whole property is dirty. We were so tired I tried overlooking it but we packed up and drove to the next town. When I checked out I told the front desk person we wanted to check out because it was so dirty and the sheets were stained and dirty and she looked away. Expedia called as asked for a refund and they said no refund. DONT STAY HERE ITS FILTHY.
Not so good. Stated on booking web site that includes breakfast. In fact staff stated that was not true.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Feces around toilet seat, dirt and soap residue on the bathroom sink, blood stains on the sheets, and towels were old and worn out. I wanted to leave but wouldn’t refund me because they said it was booked via Expedia. They changed my room twice to get something decent.
Room was filthy. They stuck an incense in the corner of a painting with a homemade picture someone had drawn. Dirt all over the windowsill. Bathtub dirty.
It the worst place I've ever stayed at not only are the staff rude but the manager is rude too. the rooms are nasty I would never go there again it shouldn't be open.

When people do not follow the rules and regulations they think the staff and the management is rude we have a no visitor policy and we do not rent to locals we approached you several times about extra persons coming in an out of your room and we are rude follow the rules and policy
When I checked in there was a wait because they were having issues with the computer. So they gave me my room keys which didn’t open my room door because “the batteries” were out.

Not worth the price paid. Room was filthy. Towels had holes. Went swimming in an ice cold pool, yes it's indoor...No it didn't feel like it. Room wasn't ready upon arrival and when we finally got to the room Couldn't tell it had been cleaned. Some of the lights worked...some of them didn't. Wifi sucked. Hard to sleep cause of people making a bunch of noise at all hours of the night. Which was fun to contend with with a 17 month old child.
Worst experience ever with a hotel receptionist that was super rude so much that we did not end up staying there all I needed to see was at the front “ lobby” ( more like an outdoor cover patio )
Also disappointed with HOTELS.COM not being able to book something else I along with my family had to wait outside in front of the hotel for over an hour for an answer from Hotels.com chat room to resolve an issue with the cancellation of the two SMOKING room that The offer is
