It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. They didn’t even provide a basic water bottle in the room. Despite multiple requests,it took them over five hours just to give us a towel. The person at the reception was extremely rude and lacked basic manners—absolutely unfit for the hospitality industry. We were shifted to three different rooms,none of which matched the photos shown online on Expedia.We were also made to wait for more than an hour during check-in.When we decided to leave, the staff hurriedly asked for our IDs just to ensure they wouldn’t lose a customer.They even demanded full payment of ₹7200 upfront.I contacted Expedia for help but they were equally unhelpful.After all the trouble,we were forced to leave the property.The hotel had the audacity to charge ₹40 for a water bottle filled with unfiltered water. The bedsheets were filthy, the ceiling was peeling,the room-toilet were stinking,and there were spiders everywhere. I have already informed Expedia to remove this hotel’s listing from their website.Expedia will end up compensating customers who unfortunately stay here, as I am pursuing legal action for the ₹7000 I lost and the five hours of stress I endured dealing with both the hotel and Expedia.This experience completely ruined our vacation and forced us to spend additional money to book another property.I’m escalating this matter directly to the CEO of Expedia and pursue it legally until I get a full refund.Curse u.that was my hard earned money.
