Booked the property for my family. Worth the amount they charge for one night. I took a package that included dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious and wholesome. Overall, I would recommend the property based on the tariff, location, and food.

Firstly, the experience was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Front desk manager was able to resolve issues very swiftly. Every staff at this hotel was welcoming and accommodating. I was so surprised about the food, we ordered room service and every dish we had was very tasty and flavorful that we decided to purchase dinner at the hotel instead of outside restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items. The rooms and bathroom were clean & hygienic. Overall, I would definitely return back if I visit Delhi again.

Honest, helpful and friendly staff. Property is clean and beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet—had at least 5 different kinds of food. Good tea and coffee. 24hour room service was quick and food was tasty. One thing though I had a hard time connecting to the wifi (even also at the airport wifi— not easy to connect) but was able to connect at the lobby wifi. :)
they also have lift/elevators and for me this is very important to know.

Our stay at The Orion Plaza was great! The receptionist Vipul was very helpful. He stayed through the night to receive us until we checked in late at night.
As improvement opportunity - thermostat control for AC was not working. AC itself was working, but we could only turn it full off or full on.

Blandet oplevelse, hotellet føltes ikke særlig rent. AC virkede upåklageligt. Pas på man ikke får et nyt værelse, fordi der er noget galt med døren (nøglekort virkede ikke de to første dage.) ny værelse koster ekstra!!

Very disappointing stay
Room condition and quality not like pictures. Dated looking hotel and rooms generally in poor condition and not well maintained. Hallway was in terrible condition. Only positive to note was that staff were friendly and tried to provide a reasonable level of service. Trying to contact the hotel by email or message through the portal is frustrating as serious lack of response to queries. Would not stay at same hotel again in its current condition.

Very bad
Bathroom was dirty with hairs on the floor not cleaned from previous stay. Toilet bowl was stained inside. Curtains were very dirty. Comforter n sheets were stained. No toiletries provided. Had to ask for Iron n hair dryer several times. Coffee pot was dirty. Overall very bad room. Check in was good. I was allowed to check in early.

Beware, your items may get stolen
The staff was courteous and the beds were okay. Bathroom shower leaked and made the whole bathroom wet. We had to call the reception to ask them to turn on heater for the hot water.
Our expensive perfume and hand cream was stolen from the room while we were away. We had "Do not disturb" hanger on the door so not sure why someone entered the room while we were away.
When confronted and asked to see cctv footage, the house keeping head got super mad and threatened that if we don't find anything, we would pay some charges. We had an international flight to catch in 5 hours so didn't put up much fight but will never book this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Orion Plaza for three nights, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Firstly, the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to get in and out of the city. The food was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
What made our stay stand out, however, was the attentive and courteous staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager, Michael, who helped us with everything from activating our mobile SIM card to booking our train tickets to Agra. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed.
However, while the overall experience was exceptional, I suggest improving the WIFI connectivity and hot water to meet minimum standards. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend The Orion Plaza to anyone looking for a memorable hotel experience.

The whole experience is not wirth the tariff charged (5000). From day 1, chek in was done at 2AM, AC was not working, had a terrible night, was told it will be repaired, coming back in the evening, nothing was done, had to migrate to another room. There was no shower gel, gel & Shampoo Containers were broken. Inspite of informing no days the room was made. Calling for water early morning, nothing was delivered. Staff at reception is totally lost. Saving grace for this hotel is its Chef, excellent veg food. At a bit more price look at Crowne Plaza, better option.

The property isnt as clean. At one point it might have been a great spot but now it doesnt meet a 3 star standard at all. Also, the evening staff isnt professional- calling at 2 am asking for id is one example.
A 2.5 stars from me is a stretch!

The room was in poor condition (needed paint).
We had a suite. One bed was fine but the matress on the second bed was as hard as a board.
We could hear the music from the banquet room through the walls.
