"Check in was fast. The hotel staff are so hospitable and helpful. Laundry service is very reasonably priced and they do an outstanding job with same day or next day service. The restaurant is excellent. Every time the chef makes rounds and speaks to everyone making sure guests are fed well. If it’s not on the menu he will make it. The restaurant servers are always on the ball. The breakfast buffet is amazing. There’s something for everyone. Hot food and cold food. For full day tours we could request some fruit, pastries and water in order to make sure we had food that we knew was safe to consume. They packed brown bag lunches with utensils & napkins. Meals always had complimentary tasty accompaniments. The linens and towels are impeccably clean and rooms are serviced thoroughly. Water, tea and coffee is always available in the room. It’s pretty quiet so we had good sleeps. The pool area is very calming and private (except for occasional monkeys passing through). The location is close th the main shopping & eating areas in Connaught Circle. Tuktuks, Uber and Taxi are readily available. The hotel staff are very knowledgable and can recommend the best way to get around. The hotel is very secure and comfortable "

"Marriott prices; motel six service. The hotel looks great in pictures. But on little things, they fall short of good quality. It took a trip to the registration desk to get any water in my room, even though the description clearly said two bottles of water would be provided. After talking to someone at the desk, it was still more than 24 hours before anyone brought water to my room. When checking out, they tried to charge me for an upgrade that I paid when I checked in. Fortunately I had a receipt to prove that I had paid when I checked in. Little things. But I expected better from a relatively high priced (for India) hotel. "

"it is perhaps a great property for weddings and family events where noise and chaos are standard features of the day. I came to spend one night as my race venue was 15 minutes away, room had mosquitoes, water bottles were missing, AC did not work and yes the pillows were perfect for people who weigh a ton !"
