Don't let them move you to Hotel Smart Plaza
We arrived later than schedule at Hotel Smart Palace, they told us they weren't able to hold our rooms though we got there within the time frame of checking in. We were supposed to have two rooms with two queen beds. The owner was friendly and the bellhop helped with our luggage to their nearby hotel, Hotel Smart Plaza. What a major difference in service quality and rooms. The staff at Hotel Smart Plaza were rude, the bellhops kept asking for tip. They were stingy on toilet paper and extra blankets since it was freezing in the rooms. The rooms was not what we booked. It was dirty and there was only a mattress on the floor as opposed to two queen beds in each room. I prepaid the hotel for a big cab the night we arrived for the next morning to the airport. The cab arrived 25mins late and the hotel staff said the first cab was too small and he had to order another cab (van instead of a car). There were 5 of us with 5 luggages. The hotel staff said he would get a big cab, his words, not mine. It was obvious he was trying extort us because we had agreed on the cab size and amount the night before. I had to pay extra so we could leave that terrible hotel and get to the airport on time. The only good thing about the hotel was the decent breakfast and waiter.

Terrible service, room was reserved yet we were told it wasn’t on arrival at 11pm, we were also travelling with two young kids. We were arranged another hotel from them with a lower than average room however they provided airport transfer which was promised.

Friendly staff let down by a very dirty property. Mice seen running in the breakfast room. A strong smell of mould in the room. Visible mould in the room. AC didnt work, tv didnt work. Stained sheets.

The property condition is beyond imagination hideous. I would never go there myself again nor I will recommend anyone else to go to that hotel. I would even encourage expedia.ca to remove the hotel from their listing since the experience is really bad.

The general hotel areas are all okay, as is the room. The room itself was cleaned well which was a plus but we felt it was a little untidy and unfinished in places. The bed was a great size and the air conditioning was fantastic!

Hotel is good overall. My bathroom basin had leakage. The flow of water was very slow in the bathroom on 3rd floor room. They should provide atleast one glass in the room to drink water.

Even though we booked a family room and paid dearly for it, we were told that family room is not available, and were asked to move to next building. services were terrible. We had to call them multiple times for small things. Never staying there again.

We just needed a place to crash for a few hours before we were picked up very early to go to Agra. This place is in a weird location and the rooms are not that great. We had to switch rooms as the first room A/C leaked all over the bathroom floor. The new room was much smaller and the A/C blew directly on us - causing us to cough. Unfortunately it was too hot to forego the A/C. Plus side - room service and elevator.

Hotel is located very close to National Hidhway (just 200 yards) and so is great location for getting out and about and exploring. Staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, helping us organise a taxi etc. The rooms were comfortable and newly built. This hotel was great for a short stay and the staff were fantastic. Great hotel for the price.
