Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay.The TV would not connect so after they could not rectify they moved us to another room. The breakfast was great staff helpful and friendly.The hotel was relatively close to Delhi Attractions. Overall a lovely stay Thankyou

Pros - Rooms are comfortable, staff is lovely, and a very good breakfast buffet. Cons - this hotel is next to a highway and a very busy road, making it very dusty and noisy. The area is hard to get in/out of, and there are no restaurants nearby.

Very warm and helpful staff, the room was very clean and beautiful, with a private balcony which can easily fit two bucket chairs, overlooking greens. The room is very well designed, to have a separate dressing area with lots of closet space, full mirror, table and the washroom too is large and clean. I would highly recommend. Breakfast is quintessential. Beds comfy. Overall I had a very pleasant stay!

A reasonably good stay

It’s a great property, conveniently located in terms of access to transportation. However, the proximity to the flyover and lack of soundproof windows meant a constant sound of traffic through the day and night. Light sleepers like me will take a while to fall asleep. Overall, a nice clean hotel since it’s new and they have a good staff. Note: restaurant has a fairly limited menu and they’ve yet to get their alcohol license.

Great for sleeping there, wouldn't suggest it's great for eating! It's a new hotel and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice, and the showers were good. The hotel itself is very smart. It's in a busy area next to a fly over but we were aware of this when booking. The breakfast had good options, however we were not impressed with the evening meal we ordered. The veg curry wasn't good and the pizza was hardly cooked. The soft drinks were very limited, no sprite, fanta or coke cola. The service in the hotel was SO SLOW, they need more staff. Only 1 person on check-in and check-out, it took ages to get helped- this was very frustrating. If you're just looking for somewhere to stay I think it's great, I would suggest eating out.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed to see that several issues from my last visit still haven’t been resolved. The rooms are extremely noisy—both from the busy main road and the constant hum of generators. There’s no proper ventilation either, as the bathroom extractor fans are completely non-functional. To get any air circulation, you have to leave the door open, which lets mosquitoes into the room and makes the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast is very basic with limited options. I asked for half-fried eggs and they came out both raw and burnt at the same time. I asked for them to be redone, but the result was exactly the same. The only thing worth having was the desi tea. When I reported the extractor fan issue to maintenance, I was told they “do work but are very quiet.” After proving that they weren’t working at all, I was told it would be looked into—nothing happened. I had the same issue when I stayed here last year and got the exact same response. Clearly, it’s been ignored. The only positives were the price and the cleanliness of the rooms. But overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these ongoing issues are finally addressed.

Need to work on employee training

The hotel is decent but the service is really terrible. I was wrongly charged for a bag of peanuts (2 euros) and the service guy who was at 23h on May 1st (don’t remeber his name) was extremely rude and have made everything to charge it even I saying I did not consume it. Besides it hotel is decent!
