An extremely horrible and nightmarish experience. We had to choose bnb because our residence had some sudden seepage issues and we had no choice but to move into this accommodation. We stayed here for a month plus. We were carrying money in a small zip suitcase for our daily needs. And my wife was carrying some jewelry she used to wear daily. The staff named Madan went in the room while we were having breakfast and took out jewelery from the room. He went without permission. After 2-3days when my wife realised she brought to everyone's notice. Noone came to help. On two occasions Madan left our room door balcony open and opened our zip suitcase and took out money. We are under lakhs. The owner and the entire team of ashiyana was requested and begged to look into the matter. Many messages fell on deaf ears. They don't have any lockers in the room. No camera in the dining area. Their staff is not reliable. People going with valuables should really really think hard
After requesting the owner again to look into the matter and take madan to task.. He blocked us. He doesn't want to get into any trouble. He doesn't even care what we have gone through. Kevin has been called up atleast 50 times and Noone responds. They offer free alcohol to foreigners to up their re iews but have nothing to do in serious matters
It's a shame to have people like this

Superb landing place in New Dehli! This family owned in feels like home!!
We arrived tired in the middle of the night after our train from Allahabad was delayed eight hours. The owner not only made sure we had the right address through WhatsApp, he made sure the night guard and reception would let us in and settle us in our room at 3 am.
The included breakfast was charming, home made to order and served with smiles. The other guests were a delight to meet, and it instantly felt like family.
The inn is decorated lovingly with original art work, as the owner is an aficionado and friend of several artists. We got to know him better over dinner, also homemade, and had lively discussions on American and Indian politics. Ashok is well informed, warm and generous to his guests.
The location is convenient to many attractions and is a pleasure to explore. There was a beautiful Sikh wedding happening right across the street our last day.
My husband and I both felt like we had made new, lifelong friends here.

Friendly staff, but problemizing picking up at the airport all though it was a part of their service according to the price list. The pick up price, btw was raised from the one day to the other.
Room seemed clean in itself, but the linen had spots probably difficult to get rid of during wash. In addition the table cloth in the dining room was full of food spots, which was indelicately. Queue to get breakfast because the table was too small for all guests staying.
Very noisy area - lots of activity from the temple on the other side of the street.
Accept cash payment only.

This guest house is very close to Greater Kailash metro station, which is great to get to other places (the metro works very well!!). The place is also 10 min walking (through a very nice residential neighborhood) to restaurants. The room we stayed was very nice, had a good size (the same about the bathroom). The aircon and the TV worked very well. The shower had hot water and the bathroom had great ventilation. The breakfast was good, with omelet, toasts, milk, musli, coffee and tea (although we missed fruits a few days, they ofered us typical indian breakfast). Overall, a good experience.

Very nice hotel. Looks actually like a creative hybrid between a hotel and a family guest house. The rooms of both floors are dispatched around a central room where breakfast and meals on demand are served at the upper floor. The setting favours some interaction between hosts if they want to. The rooms are utterly clean and comfortable.
The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have good tips for you, and are open-minded. The cook is very good. Overall a great human experience.

Great place to stay with family and kids
Room was very spacious with good ventilation and bright. Staff was very helpful in all aspects. Cook ( Ravi) was very good in his cooking skills. Overall it was pleasent stay.
