"This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. Expedia does no verification of the Hotel quality or staff behavior. A horrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. For no reason this review getting rejected. "

"Firstly I went and told them that I have a confirmed booking . The guy at the front desk who i think should be fired said I don’t see . When I pushed hard he called somebody and the booking appeared magically . Then he started complaining about my oci didn’t know what it was . Rooms were teeeible not even waste basket in there the towel they gave dirty linen bad the mattress was old and caused me lot of trouble sleeping . I would absolutely stay away from this property"
