"The staff were extremely helpful. The bellhops were readily available to help with bags. The hotel has a few steps that lead up from the street as well as up to the main elevator so having people to help with bags was very helpful. We forgot our passports in the room which was highly anxiety provoking but the hotel staff were so honorable that they kept the passports locked up and safe until we were able to fetch them a few days later. This hotel is clean and about a 3 star hotel if I had a to rate it. It has a simple restaurant and foyer. Not very fancy but adequate. Rooms were clean, nice sheets- no wash cloths. The free bottled water was a big plus.Close to the center of the historical area of Mexico city."

"This property provides space for you and your partner. The room place includes a 2 burner stove small kitchen area, full fridge with living room separate one or 2 bedroom, 2 televisions and parking spot for your auto. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A great location with many places within walking distance and mexico park about 15 minute walk. Transportation all around you, the metro station just steps away and bus. You can use DiDi which is also very cheap. You can wash and dry your clothes for free just bring your own laundry soap. Will be staying here again next time I visit. I loved, loved the staff all staff made you feel very welcome. And we're eager to help."

"Overall, this was a good place to stay in a nice area of CDMX. I was a little worried when I first arrived because I had just assumed the seemingly recently renovated hotel/room would have AC, but it did not, and it was going to be fairly warm while I was there. It turned out not to be an issue, though it was never cold in the room, so if that's something you need to sleep, etc., beware. Apparently there are some rooms with AC, just not all, so you would need to confirm early with the hotel. Besides that, the hotel is in a good/safe area, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions, and was comfortable. I didn't interact with the staff too much, but when I did, they were kind and helpful. For reference, this wouldn't be a 4 star hotel in the US, but for what it provides in CDMX, that's what I'm giving it."

"we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was outstanding, and we really enjoyed our experience. It's always nice to stay somewhere where you feel welcomed and taken care of."
