"Bathrooms really nice and new, bedrooms could do with a lick of paint and more plugs, especially on dressing table. Hallway carpets smell a bit musty."

"Lovely building and very classic in style. Very professional and friendly staff too. I’d stay again but some little things can be improved. The room I was in (1310 yet weirdly not on the 13th floor) needed more electrical outlets. USB outlets are pretty standard now. Better quality tea and coffee in the room too. "
