"Crown Inn was a nice low budget hotel. The room was clean and attractive, nice bathroom. It was quiet and in a good area, I felt safe there. The gentleman that checked us in was polite and efficient. And the price was reasonable."

"Our room seemed clean except for the floor. It felt sticky and my sock feet got dirty walking around in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy, but the worst thing was how small the eating area was. There was a sign that said it was forbidden to take your breakfast back to your room. What are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to sit? Considering the reasonable cost, we were happy enough there."

"Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures posted online appear to be from years ago when the hotel first opened and do not accurately reflect its current condition.
All of the furniture is outdated, and although the beds were made, the covers and pillows were dirty and unsanitary. The overall condition of the property felt poorly maintained and uncomfortable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."

"Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first."

"The first room I put in was dirty wallpaper peeling off the wall. The second room I was put in was dirty. The microwave broke and had to be destroyed to get my food out. The tub didn’t work. I had to put a weight on it to hold the water in and that didn’t work. My key card had to be redone five times cause it wouldn’t work carpets weren’t vacuumed. Everything was dusty the continental breakfast that they supposedly had was two different kinds of cereal and four danishes. I was terribly not...

"Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the

"I reserved a one bedroom king and when I got there, they said they had none available and told me I would have to get a two bed queen and said that reservations were first come first serve. that is literally the opposite of what a reservation is.
When I entered the room, it was a bug on the floor, the sheets were dirty, there were holes in the walls, and the safety bar on the door was broken. I went back. To the front desk and told them that the room was not clean, and I wouldn’t be safe...

"Check in was extremely easy and the staff is AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean except for the floors so just make sure to bring your slippers or flip flops.
