"Please don't be put off by the appearance of the lobby or check-in area. It's adjoins the gas station/convenience store. The helpful staff offering great recommendations and directions for local eateries and activities in town were a real plus in staying at this quiet, well maintained hotel. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, the beds were good. Highly recommended for the two-night stay while visiting Pictured Rocks National Seashore."
