"It was short walk from the train station and like 50 minutes from London. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good and the bus to colchester city center is pretty good.
The hotel was clean and check out was pretty easy as well."
"I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...
