"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. "Hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were very nice and front desk super helpful. We loved Enzo at the front desk but truly all the staff was helpful and very pleasant. Walkable to train and bus. Safe but you are in a city so I wouldn't walk around by myself after 9. Good breakfast and can eat on the rooftop. Can also have a drink on the rooftop in the evening. "

"Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow.
