"This hotel was nice for the money. The area is in the outskirts of Fira so a bit deserted around. 15 min walk to town. I was dissatisfied with the Taxi service provided by hotel gentleman was kind of rude, as they never mentioned they don’t take Mastercard and they charge an extra 5 euro to pay with card. This should definitely be communicated in advance so guests can bring cash especially if flight arrives past midnight. Maria o think it’s the owner or person in charge was great very nice and...

"The pool is clean. The rooms are cozy. The only exception is the air conditioning. Somehow it doesn’t cool off very much. Other than that, we had a great time at Kavallaris. Very close to amenities. Super market, coffee shops, bakery and restaurant s"

"The location is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and shops. It was clean and AC was working well. I gave only 4 stars because they only had one key to the room and the safe didn't work properly."

"Great service including porterage of bags (necessary in Oia) and quick-turnaround laundry. They partner with a reputable expeditions company for boat tours of the caldera. Nice balcony/terrace outside the room. Good sunset views."
