"Everything was good"

"There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation."

"Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum."

"Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. "Stayed here for a wedding. For the price, felt like it was very dated. They put us in a Jacuzzi room. No closet, no couch or anywhere to sit other than the bed and an office chair."

"This hotel is dated and definitely needs upgrading. Upon first getting to the hotel, you notice landscaping that is not taken care of at all. Upon entering, the amenities are not taken care of and mostly empty, with food or something smeared on the case. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, but the one on the first floor was. Also, the vending machine on the 1st floor, across from the ice machine, was mostly empty, and God only knows how old the few bags of potato chips, that were...

"The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus."
