"Was iffy at first from my memory of seeing in passing when in the area previously, but it turned out to be a nice place. Only issue was that it took awhile for the hot water to reach the room but when it got there it was HOT!! Check in was simple and quick and accommodated me when i needed to extended by a day. Overall, an unexpected diamond in the rough."

"Very nice and clean hotel at a great value. The continental breakfast was well done every morning of our trip. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. They have an indoor pool that is well kept. It was a little further, due to traffic, from downtown Boston than we thought, but definitely a great value."

"The only issue I had was that the plug for the iron kept falling out of the outlet while I was trying to iron. I didn't tell anyone when I checked out because there was no one there, just a key drop box "

"I love historical homes, and stay at them often. This one (built in 1717) takes the cake! It’s beautiful, authentic and extremely well-preserved. It’s literally a museum (open for tours on designated dates), but is also a homey and comfortable place to spend the night. The host / owner, Justin, is very personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the home’s history, as well as local history. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. I’m looking forward to finding an excuse to come back and...
