"upon first arrived the staff was very helpful and accommodating ! And when i first entered the room it was very clean and the city view was amazing ! i also loved the interactive tablet for the room as well"

"The breakfast cafe was really nice, the room was large, spacious and clean. The bath in our room had some staining which wasn't great, but everything in general was cleaned well. The staff were all lovely and it was a lovely place to stay. "

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Our rooms were not available at 4pm check in time, we discovered while trying to shower that 1 of our rooms had no shower soap or hand soap. It turns out the ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO HAND SOAP. Then the elevator started going haywire while us + others were in it. Then their engineering team insisted they had to come in to upgrade our TVs immediately, despite do not disturb signs being on. "

"Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location and easy access to the train. Breakfast was very simple but for me it was perfect. Staff was helpful."
