"This was a good and cheaper option for a weekend trip. The rooms were very clean but the shower didn't drain very well. I think the shower not draining caused mold to grow in the shower but it wasn't bad. I'd stay there again."

"The toilet was not bolted down at all. We killed two German roaches & a bed bug. I called to tell the hotel attendant and his response was “ okay”. I would not recommend staying here. Ever. At all. It’s awful."

"Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??"

"Outdoor pool was dirty with debris thru the pool and lazy river. The staff was horrible and even after letting them know it was our first time visitors they seem bother when asking for help. The staff inside the play room were the worst never got offer a drink and when I did ask someone they said ask your Waitress in your area as if I actually had just one area. Just the worst experience ever. The only persons that were polite and helpful was the cleaning staff. The pool area had no towels...

"We made our reservation online and upon walking into the hotel there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and marijuana. We stayed hopeful. But once we entered the room we disappointed to see that the cleaning was not done well. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. It being the middle of the night as well as traveling with two young kids we tried not to worry too much about it since we’d be leaving early anyway and didn’t need to use the shower. "Room staff very attentive. Office staff were not. Tried to charge extra for early check in. Wi-Fi did not work entire stay. Staff made excuses about problem. Waffle maker was aweful."

"Smells like smoke everywhere, even in the hallways for the rooms that are on different floors then the casino. Wait staff in the restaurants is incredibly slow. Hostesses are unapologetic. Maids knock on your door at 9 am to ask when you are checking out. Pool check in is confusing for cabana rentals. Pickleball paddle rental is difficult. Only one cashier works the only cashier station."

"No pool, and the breakfast...well, the orange and apple juices were both warm, there was cereal no milk. And, there were only little honey buns, nothing else!! The coffee was ok but there was no regular sugar and no creamer. I was very disappointed 😞 My door to my room had to be slammed shut and pulled hard if you're trying to get out of the room. Bed was comfortable. The ice machine.....oh my, it smelled awful, couldn't use it for drinks, had to go to the store just for ice."
