"The shower did not drain properly and I brought it up to the lobby staff. I also told the lobby staff that the toilet did not drain properly either. Nothing was done to fix these issues."

"Place was very nice and in good condition even though it has not been fully redone. Bed was awesome. Water is shower nice and hot. Tub was not very nice - could not take a bath as the plug was missing and the tub really needed to be replaced. Rugs were not vaccumed well. Kikja and Dennis at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the weekday breakfast attendent was super nice. The breakfast was different each day that we were there along with the usual waffles and cold items. My only complaint is the fact that they had a security survelliance system around the property that made me feel safe taking my puppy out at night. Unfortunately, the second night on, I don't think it was working as it just kept blinking a white light and did let the front desk know. OH, and the last night the door that we were parked by, no longer unlocked the door with your key. It wasn't just use but others who tried it also. It was a fairly good location for dogs. Just not a lot of grassy area that was fairly flat for their walks with their senior human parents. I believe there was ample parking every night. Highly recommend. I was told they are still upgrading."

"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck. Very uncomfortable feeling."
