There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. "We were contacted around the time of check-in and advised we were upgraded from a small queen room to a lovely cottage. The air-conditioning was left on for us and we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary dessert wine. "
