"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "Incredible view , nice apartment , decent facilities, BUT the car park is an absolute nightmare. Speaking to some of the permanent residents , every car ends up scratched or scuffed. Road up to the apartment is windy but worth it for the views."

"Positives it was Close to restaurants, lakes, ferry. Negitives ,Didn't like the noise from the ferry, bars and road. Apartment itself was not very clean only one light worked in the living room, there was an electrical cable repaired with tape under the TV unit, the shower curtains had mold on, the shower head fell off every time you used it, the toilet was dirty, there was only one small light in the bathroom which was inadequate, there was a taped up wire hanging out the wall above the mirror...
