"Property was kept clean and a very fun atmosphere. The one item was the shower drain, it was not draining properly. When I picked up the Metal cover below was covered in mold, hair not sure what else. You can tell this was an area that housekeeping never looks at when cleaning the room."

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

"My wife and I have stayed in many different hotels and homes over the past five years. This was one of our favorites. Friendly people and a beautiful view!"

"The room was clean, and loved that it had a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette set up. The air would never actually go below 70 degrees, although it was set on 66 the entire week we were there. The shower pressure was non existent but there were 3 floors so I expected low pressure but it was poor. The beds were not the most comfortable either, mattress was on the thinner side. The manager there was great! She was helpful with all our additional needs!"
