Location 🌴🏝;☀️😍. Perfect location. Beautiful beach, clean and wide. I was there before Ian. Hope it stay the same. Nice pool outside. Property not the newest but nice. I had apartment with kitchen, best choice for my budget.

Beachfront, Ocean and Pool View, Super Cute!
This small condo hotel on Daytona Beach Shores is a cute, hidden gem. It's not brand new, but it's been well cared for and managed. We stayed in Room 114, which was not only ocean view, but also opened up directly to the pool. It was amazing for the kids! The hotel staff were all very kind and extra accomodating. I loved that the bedroom has closing doors, so my little ones could go to bed early and my husband and I could still enjoy hanging out in the living/dining area without disturbing them. We tried Tres Leches restaurant, which was nearby, for dinner one of the nights of our stay and their Mangonado drink was neat to try! There's also a Publix and Winn-Dixie nearby, in case you forget any necessities or want to cook your meals. The Top of Daytona restaurant is also right next door and has an amazing view of the entire beach. Overall, a fantastic weekend trip for the whole family. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

I liked the peacefulness of the area, away from the crowds. I would have preferred oceanfront but the beach was steps away.

Staff and communications was great. The pool was small but kept clean. Beach access off the pool. Beach area was clean and nice. Rooms were clean and housekeeping checked daily to see if we needed anything. Loved the kitchenette and counter.

Very nice units! Loved having a full size kitchen! Very clean rooms. All utensils there for our stay. Parking lot is tight and no staff on at night. People partied in parking lot during our stay and no one on staff to enforce quiet hours.

I liked being able to check in 3 hours early for beach week which I had no idea it was an event week before arriving. Bed was comfortable. I liked having the amenities but my stay was so short I didn't use them. I hated how tight & small the parking is especially w/having a rental car!!!

Probably your best bang for your buck. We came down for Jeep Beach week. So we really only needed a place to put our head and stuff. Is it dated yes, is the bathroom tight yes, the view is a 10-10. Do not judge a book by its cover, enjoy some quite and enjoyable experiences.

We had a great time the week we was here the staff was most accommodating, very clean. The pool was kept clean also, the only thing we was on second floor and no other way to take luggage other than, the steps was a little rough..I definitely will come back.

Located right on the beach, has a swimming pool, bbq grills, and we selected a room with two bathrooms. Its a dated property but it is clean, has a nice kitchenette, and office staff and housekeepers are friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
