The Most Horrible Experience Ever! Need Refund!
This hotel’s address is not correct on the website or the third party websites that are listing them. The GPS will take you 4 miles in the opposite direction of the hotel and the hotel is not even opening at that location. The address is 403 Hwy 90 but it’s not on that highway so you have to turn alongside the Hertz Chicken Buffet. The hotel is located back there but you have to be attentive so you don’t pass it because I passed it several times. The location is opening up in the old Sleep Inn building. I arrived there at 9 pm. but it was almost midnight before I got into a room. I would advise that you do not pay for a room in advance because this facility is not ready to open. They had four rooms and three of them had construction workers staying in there that were remodeling the building and the fourth room was dirty. The General Manager was on the phone with the front desk clerk who had called her because it was not allowing her to check me in the room. The first hour was spent saying it was not paid and I had the receipt. The second hour was spent looking for another room to check me in. The only room that was available was room 107 and it was not clean so the GM asked the clerk to pull the trash out of the room. At this point, it was almost midnight and I tried to stay in the room but it was not possible.The bed, refrigerator, floors and bathroom needed cleaning and the windows were all boarded up.I was told by the front desk that 3rd party refunds were not allowed.
