"Charming old hotel. Staff was super friendly and the room was nice and clean. Our only issue was the hot water in the shower sort of came and went. "

"No microwave which we needed. The room was not ready when we got there. Had to wait several minutes in a small lobby which did not have chairs. I spoke to an Expedia support team member to tell the hotel of my request for a first floor room. The receptionist told me that he never got the message ."

"This was a great place to stay as it was so easy to get on and off the hwy. The room was awesome.... large and had everything we needed. The attached restaurant was great and we had both dinner and breakfast the next morning. Very good food."

"Clean room but smelled of strong air freshener or perfume. Shower stall was very small but plenty of hot water and good pressure. Shower needs some shelves or something to put your soap and shampoo/conditioner. There was body wash and shampoo (provided) dispensers in the shower but I can’t use those. The mattress was encased for bed bug protection which was awesome. Bed was comfortable. Floor in the room sloped and was not level. Our room was cleaned everyday. Coffee pot in the room and coffee replenished everyday. Microwave and fridge was great to have. Wall heater/air unit was old and very temperamental. We were either cold or hot. Never could get it just right. Plenty of parking. Great location right downtown. Great price. Will stay here again. "

"We didn’t really use any amenities as we were just there one night. The housekeeping lead was so wonderful! My husband had left some shirts in the closet when we checked out I called the next morning and asked for housekeeping, after I did the online report, she found the shirts, packaged them up and mailed them to me. Excellent service all the way around."

"The whole place was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good and go bags were available. We also enjoyed having a coffee station readily available in the lobby and all hours. The hotel is located just outside the Route 66 historic district in Williams and only one hour to the Park."

"My main complaint was the hot tub. Water was green and had debris floating in it. Temperature was lukewarm and timer had to be reset every 5 minutes. No towels were available at the pool towel rack….. Breakfast was the standard you’d expect, nothing fancy…."
