"Staff was really nice and like the restaurant in casino. Room very nice and clean. Spent quite a bit of money on slots and didnt win anything. Disappointing!"

"That shower design in 310 is bonkers. And the foldout sofa was an obstacle in what was clearly a room designed for less space to be taken up at the entrance. The lobby and reception areas were grossly understaffed, and every encounter was clunky. Sundries under-stocked, other guests’ reservations neglected, towels and washcloths under-stocked, and replacements were more bother than they should have been. Compared to other Autograph hotels I’ve been in (eg Ft Worth), this property is not worthy...

"My room smelled so bad of moldy carpet that I had to switch rooms. The second room was better. The mattress wasn't very good and it was humid in the room. I've stayed a lot of hotels and won't be staying there again."

"Our room smelled of smoke and damp. The floor tile was loose and made noise when walked on. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. And the silicone around the toilet was very poorly done and quite dirty with urine stains. The lift had loose flooring. Overall this particular hotel is in need of major upgrades and repairs."

"I only booked here because of the “soaking tub” as advertised. The lovliest and most helpful young lady at the desk felt bad and told me they have never had “soaking tubs”.please commend her!!! I emailed and sent a picture of the listing as well. The gift/snack shop is as minimal and moldy fruit"
