This is an older style property that has some advantages over more modern places. The location is good - only a 15 minute walk to the waterfront, and even less to the bus interchange and the main shopping and eating locations. The room is basic but comfortable. A plus is the kitchenette with microwave and hotplates. A minus is the absence of WiFi in the room. Overall, this place is good value.

Very functional studio apartment in convenient location in central Darwin. Many good restaurants nearby. It was easy to check-in in the middle of the night. Only small criticism is the somewhat dirty toilet and changeroom in pool area which was being used as a cleaning storage room.

Good location. Fine for overnight stay. Property is getting a little tired but the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, any problems fixed quickly.

Good value for money accommodation. Located in CBD area walkable to dining, shopping and socialising venues. My room had a nice view and a mini kitchen area. The staff at check-in and servicing the room were friendly and efficient. I would stay there again.

Stay here everytime im in DRW
Nothing fancy & dated but well maintained, prime location, bed is comfy, good for long stay, kitchen works, shower pressure is strong on top floor, only missing hairdryer but darwin doesn’t need it lol AND there is no wifi.

We loved the property but the lack of regular room servicing was an issue. We got our room serviced when we asked plus a few other times but that was it. We weren’t told that is was servicing on demand. However the room was perfect for our needs.

convenient to city centre, good sized room. Hard to get into car park after 9pm, room supposed to be serviced but only serviced when you ask, not vaccumed the 10 days we were there, had to ask for coffee, shampoo/conditioner etc. rubbish bags, towels, tea towels. Cleaning staff very friendly.

Excellent apartment, great value, perfect position, clean, quiet, great coffee shop downstairs. Only issue was pool which was very difficult and unsafe to get in and out and of.

My room had one switch that turned everything on and off. Air con busted and not working, cockroaches on the floor. Cleaning of the room was poor. Fittings in the shower were rusting. Will not be staying here again.

The property is very central to everything including transit centre a short walk away. The hotel is circa 1990’s but management are doing it up judging from the new paintwork on the outside. It is clean, if somewhat dated, and beds were comfortable. Philip in the office was very obliging. Good value for money.

Great view from the balcony and spacious room for a studio apartment. Comfy bed and lots of storage/shelf space. Clean bathroom with free toiletries. Great kitchen facility. Only downside was I had to request a hairdryer as it was not automatically provided with the room.
