"The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. "

"From walking through the door, the young man on reception was polite, explained everything and with a smile. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast the experience continued to be brilliant, the lady explained the way Breakfast was a buffet and where things were. Wonderful view looking out over the wharf. Food was of a high Standard. "Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent visit to South Wales. In a good central location, but the comfort of the hotel was only average. Rooms were quite noisy and not the most comfortable beds in the world. Pool, gym and bar were excellent. Expensive parking!!"

"This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. Abi and Charlie were fantastic hosts...

"Very good accommodation! I was a bit hesitant before booking because the bathroom is shared, but that wasn’t a problem at all during our stay — there are several bathrooms and they were always clean and available. The bed is amaaaazing, super comfortable, and the breakfast is great — definitely worth the investment. Check-in and check-out were very convenient thanks to the smart lock technology. I highly recommend this accommodation, I have no complaints, only praise. I liked everything!"
