"Arrived 2 hours early as wanted to make the most of my stay in Barmouth. The owner said my room was ready and was allowed to check in early. Parking directly in front of the hotel Fantastic sea view what you can see without leaving your bed Fab location 2 mins walk from the main town and beach Cannot fault it Heads up to future bookers there is no lift so be prepared for stairs if on the 2nd floor and above. also the single room , not sure about the double, the shower is very small so would not suit a โlargerโ person."

"Great communication, very hospitable staff, quiet air of competence all round. Location is perfect for an overnight visit and the aircon was a blessing in the August heatwave. Free parking nearby made things very convenient. Highly recommend."

"Great stay, clean spacious room, coffee, tea, water and biscuits. Lovely burger in pub and good varied breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Would stay again next time in Barmouth as also great location for centre and beach. Nice to have free parking close by. Also close to train station."

"Very warm welcome despite us being very late to arrive. Lovely spacious clean room with Gorgeous view. Didnโt book breakfast due to our food allergies but found that they would have catered for us. So would advise speaking to staff to find out. "

"Clean room and very helpful staff but bar was closed (despite notice saying open till 11pm) on our return. We didn't breakfast there but went to Coast in the village. Recommended. No Car park that we were made aware of either."

"Staff were super friendly, food was great, the room was comfortable. The only thing which let this hotel down was its cleanliness, the main hotel areas and the room were not that clean which is a shame as everything else was lovely."
