"The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day."

"This was like a run down property. People walking down the halls selling “everything”. Prices were different for everyone that was staying there. I booked a smoking room and was given non smoking, but the people right beside me were smoking. As well as you could smell cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways. Room was not clean at all…. "We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"

"Very disappointed in the condition of this place based on the price paid. Once you get past the lobby, the rooms were very outdated. The breakfast was as simple as what you would get complimentary anywhere else, for $15. We had a major snafu when we checked in and one of the beds had a coverlet and no sheets underneath. The mattress pad was stained as well. The front desk could not send housekeeping but offered to bring sheets for us to change ourselves. There was never an attempt to put sheets...

"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

"BED BUGS! I took a live bug to them in a cup and we got bit. My wife got it way worse. We shortened our stay to get away from there. The hotel nor the company that handles there issues (Sedgwick) has done nothing. They won’t even acknowledged it was a bed bug. So I take them a live bug, send them pictures of the other bugs found in the room, send pics of the bite marks on our body, and all they did was send a letter saying they don’t accept responsibility. "The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the room key card did not work and I had to go down to get it reset. Even after that it was hard to re-enter the room as the card did not consistently work."

"A hotel that advertises a pool that didn’t have no water, they offer a breakfast with no sausages or eggs, only waffles, and cereal and coffee that’s all, the floor inside the rooms hasn’t been clean in a long, long time. The bedsheets were questionably “clean “ so were also the towels, we asked for a new set of bedsheets because we didn’t trust the one they were on, but never got any… it is really a shame because it is an amazing location right next to the beach. "The staff was very pleasant. Very nice extremely helpful. My checkin was flawless. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. Everyone i encountered was extremely nice. The man that works overnights at the front desk was a different situation. From the first night, he was not customer service friendly. He's not pleasant at all.
