"I was greeted at reception by two very friendly jack russells, a short walk down the veranda bought us to our basic room. 5 quite steep steps down to where we parked our car, which is under cover and outside our room.
There is a pub that serves food just minutes walk up the road or a RSL across the road.
Free toiletries, a fridge, a microwave, kettle and crockery were all provided along with towels. A friendly cat is also in residence along with a cacophony of wild birds.

"Great comfy room and bed . We were downstairs 105 room super quiet and maintained a great temp barely used the heating in the cold mornings. Well equipped supplied 2 bottles water daily bikkies for our tea and milk .
I always take my own pillow so can’t comment but they felt a bit hard (just my personal taste )
Room was quiet recently renovated and secure definitely would stay again . Parking excellent and secure ."
