"Hotel mit perfekter Lage im Zentrum von Kopenhagen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr bequeme Betten, das Bad in unserem Zimmer war jedoch leider sehr eng und auch der Frühstücksraum war ziemlich klein. Freundliches Personal. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung."

"We chose this apartment for its location to the main pedestrian areas for shopping and dinning as well as transportation options as we had lots of visits to family outside of Copenhagen. The only challenge with this apartment was the lack of elevators for us for luggage and elderly visitors. There is a Netto (grocery) open til 10pm and lots of cafes for dinning. Only 1 night/morning with lots of noise from those passer-by visiting disco techs. I would definitely stay here again."

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. I stayed in a suite, which was beautiful and offered spectacular views from the 18th floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to several attractions, especially Tivoli Gardens. I also enjoyed a great cocktail on my first day. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
