Wilderness at the Smokies – River Lodge Suites

"The convenience of everything was great food was pricey rooms are great and clean some of the staff at the indoor water park were rude and some in the food service areas were rude and not attentive the arcade games kept taking our card and the games not working but all in all our grands had a great time."

"We loved our stay at Music Road Hotel. The location was convenient and very easy to access. The whole place was so clean. Staff was very friendly and you saw them all over the hotel. Coming and going. Always cleaning. The 24hr indoor pool was so helpful after late nights. We loved the outdoor pool but were not able to spend much time there. It was so fun. Only thing was breakfast. It was a nice setup. It was clean and available. You can even take it outside and eat overlooking the creek. (Which was beautiful) but we didnt care for the taste the two days we chose to eat there. They did have lot to choose. Eggs, biscuit, sausage gravy, a pastry, a plane bagle. Make your own waffle. 2 cereal choices. Juice was out. Coffee was plentiful. We would definitely come again."

"Excellent stat with great access to most attractions on the strip. Service was great. Parking was easy. Access to the river and picnic area is ideal for anyone wanting to g to spend some time outside. Cons: pool is open until 11:00 pm, if u have a room overlooking the pool (I did), it gets LOUD. People are on vacation and staying up late, nothing rowdy or disruptive just families enjoying themselves and it gets super loud. No early bed time here. Breakfast was the same all 4 days we stayed, a little variety would’ve been nice. Minimal negatives about this place. Overall a great stay for a great price."

"Condo was spotless with everything needed to feel like your right at home living. Staff was excellent and very kind. Pool, hot tub, and lazy river were all exceptional. Our condo on one side you could see the Smokys and the other side we could see was the Gatlinburg Golf Course. The views were amazing!!! I loved how I got to sit on the balcony/porch and watch my boyfriend play golf! I even got to drop his phone charger down to him because he needed it on the golf cart! lol. When I go back to the Smoky Mountains I will definitely be staying here again, as my boyfriend is an avid golfer anyways."
