"Super cute hotel, kinda got a retro mid-century modern motel vibe. In this case Motel shouldn’t be in pretties as negative. The rooms are modern rent upgraded with plush finishes. The surrounds area is walkable with some cool eaters and bars within walking distance. My only negative is the noise between rooms. If you are quiet, you can hear the neighbors in the a joining rooms. If you had multiple rooms, the a joining rooms would be a great plus. The secluded patio, where available, is a really nice touch. The staff were warm and friendly. Felt like they had a stake in the business with their welcoming vibe Unless you are looking for a super quiet space, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting special get away. We will be back in the next few months. I haven’t been impressed with a hotel for a while. Either too expensive, old and torn up, poor staff- this was impressive for the price. Very impressive."

"The room was spacious and squeaky clean. The ocean view was spectacular. The bathroom was super clean, with a Dyson hair dryer. The massage at the Spa was amazing! The food at TAIKUN over-the-top! This second time was even better than the first! The common areas were very well maintained, with fresh yellow roses and orchids on every table. The valet was very polite, and the front desk was very helpful, explaining all the details. I’ve stayed here many times already, and keep coming back."

"Top notch! Worth the price. My wife and I came for a night after our wedding and had breakfast dropped off in our room. We stayed in the tower / patio room and enjoyed breakfast over the harbor. Would definitely do it again."

"The property was in good shape for the most part. The patio door would stick probably due to moisture expanding the door. Also, there was some water damage to the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom. I know from my own experience that if the bathroom door frame is not sealed, bugs would love to make a home there with the added moisture from the shower."
