Hotel Dekat Dan Electro's Guitar Bar

"The room in the location we’re both very clean people at the front desk were very helpful. The only disappointment was a breakfast. There was no pancake mix over the waffles. The milk was cut for the cereal no fruit and basically that’s all you guys offered. There was nothing else some biscuits that were close to being expired."

"Clean rooms, clean parking lot,"

"Affordable for a holiday weekend, but you get what you pay for. Drug addicts walking around to get their fix. Rooms not clean. Staff helpful, but there is only so much they can do. We didn’t feel safe and couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you have a family trip, I don’t recommend this hotel. If you’re traveling with a woman or women who are traveling on their own, avoid this hotel."

"The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke. But the staff was really nice and let us change to a different room the next day when there are other rooms available to choose from. After changing to the other room it was wonderful, our stay was comfortable, washroom was big. It had everything we needed!"

"They went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing and will for sure be back for a longer stay"

"Smells like weed, wet feet, and stale cigarettes. Stayed a Thursday night, they didn’t have a breakfast at 8:45 am . Room was definitely big and spacious; bathroom door literally 2 inches from toilet. Not mobility issue friendly in the bathroom area at all. Bed was okay! Wasn’t filthy but it definitely wasn’t “exceptional” like the ratings say it is. Starting to think these are all lies because I ain’t got a good place yet."

"Proximity to everything, across the street from the convention center"

"Great room and the staff were very attentive."

"I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful."
