The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. "Our trip was amazing, staff were friendly and very accommodating, room very clean and spacious, fresh towels and bins emptied every day. Great location, a short walk to train station and town centre, Asda is next door. Very quiet at night time, no banging doors or loud noise, bed very comfortable. We had food in the hotel great deal if you book a table for 5pm onwards, would recommend booking a table on arrival as it's very busy. Breakfast is self-service and has everything you want and...

"This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. "
