I slipped and fell in the first room they gave me cause it was covered in like oil and water or somthing on the ground so they gave me a new room my next room the power went out every hour I called them and they told me to go flip the breakers myself so I couldn’t even watch anything with my child absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel !!

The elevator, hallway, and room smelled dirty and horrible. I had to check out early as I couldn’t stand the smell another night. Overall Absolutely unacceptable. I can’t believe the ratings aren’t worse. Never returning.

The night front desk manager was horrible. I asked him his name, and he got offended and slammed the gate down in front of me. The hallway carpet to my room was dirty. They had a pest spray flyer in the hallway. Five minutes there i knew we need to go to a different place. They day manager was professional. She need to work at a better place. Hopefully that blessing will come true soon.

Rooms smell.like cigarette smoke and overall unclean with patched holes in walls and delapidated furniture. It seems like a halfway house. I guess I donated to a homeless shelter per Hotels.com policy we can not get a refund. We didnt stay there after I walked into the room. The guy at the front desk was nice enough and seemed quite apologetic.

My stay was a leisure stay. the hotel appeared to be clean...however, when you get into the room it does have an insect problem in multiple rooms...the elevator is not as clean and the hallways are not as clean...front desk is not efficiently staffed to help new people trying to check in... there is no breakfast... no coffee. So this stay would be average as a kind gesture...if you're looking for somewhere to stay that's inexpensive and decent this would be the place

The staff was friendly and the property is in a good area, close to many stores and restaurants. Although, the room wasn’t very clean and there was a bug in one of the rooms we booked. The person who saw it claimed it was a roach. Also, the pillows smelled a little musty, like they didn’t even change the pillow covers on them.

Its an average quick stay hotel that went down fast because of dirty floors in the room and zero amenities. The hotel ran out of toilet paper. They place smelled like Marijuana factory because of all the undesirables that reside there. Ill have to upgrade my hotels from now on because they have must have contracts to take on people tgat are down and out.

The walls were paper thin. Whoever was in the room next to mine, it sounded like they were doing construction all night when they were probably just moving about in their room. When they walked across the floor, it sounded like thudding and pounding in my room. It went on all night long. The bathtub had several hairs in it before I ever used it. Internet didn’t work, even with the Wi-Fi password. The hallway smelled really bad. Will most definitely not stay there again.

Cockaroaches.. but affordable
This hotel was okay at best. There were cockaroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. I heard several arguments that were pretty intense. Nothing was done about it, it went on for like a half hour. if you have no other option it’s not the worst place you could stay I guess, but definitely better places then this around the same price. Wouldn’t recommend unless it’s the cheapest option you can find and can’t afford anything else. The cockaroaches really grossed me out more than anything, knowing they are there while I’m sleeping.

Not recommended. The staff was very nice but unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The pictures online at the time of booking looked nice but the hotel was pretty dirty... to the point that I didn't want to sit in the lobby chairs. My take is they are probably understaffed and need more people to own their first impressions and cleaning. My first room had a sticky floor, sticky desk, and sticky door handles with visible food residue throughout. The front desk was great and got me a new room which was much better. In the morning, the complimentary coffee (available at 6:00a according to their sign) had no cups in the area which caused more disappointment. The sidewalk to my car as I was leaving had dog droppings that I had to avoid. I got the hotel because of the location but I should have done more research. This might be a great option for someone looking for a cheap medium-term stay on a budget but I wouldn't recommend it for business travel.

The elevator broke a total of 3 times in the week I was there. Meaning it worked a total of like 3 days. The power went out in the building for like 4 hours randomly and the workers were no help whatsoever
