Upon arrival the customer service was awful. The room was dirty. The sheets were worn and stained. The carpet was noticeably dirty. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The blow dryer did not work and a new one was not provided. Towels were changed out but the beds were not made nor was the room cleaned during our stay. We travel a lot and it was the worst experience by far. Do not recommend!

I was not impressed with property, one of the bed had stain on sheets, one of the chairs had stain in it and I was put up on the top floor when I had asked for accessibility meaning on a lower floor due to my limitations. The person at the front desk was not available to customers and language was difficult to understand at times. Did not feel fully accommodated. Also, I was told at time of check in that they were adding a $50 deposit to my bill until I check out. I was not aware of that. Thanks for allowing me to share.

It was fine. The room had zero hotel info in the rooms that you normally see with policies or amenities on-property. No cups for drinking of any sort in the room. Vending machines were “down for reprogramming” on all floors. Cans of soda were $1 posted on the vending machines and front desk sold them for $2. The room had no “do not disturb” tags to put on the door and only right before I checked out did I notice a little label on the door to turn a lever for “do not disturb” but it did not say which way was “do not disturb” and which way was not and there was no indication on either side of the door to tell you. As a result, I did not receive turndown service during my stay. My key stopped working two different times, and both times, the front desk people didn’t ask for ID or any sort of confirming info to make sure I wasn’t trying to get a key to a room that wasn’t mine. In both cases, the two front desk people in question were not the ones that checked me in the day prior. For the cost, it was fine, but would not stay here again.

You can tell that the room had been cleaned. There was white stuff on the skirt of bed. The sheets were stained, a/c wasnt working properly. Carpet very stained. Wont be staying there again. I read many revies that yall charge peoples cards more then once for rooms.

The stay itself was affordable but the hotel does need some upgrades. The beds were in poor condition, carpet and sofa had several stains. The pool was disgusting! I also want to mention there seems to not be very much privacy within the rooms. I could hear much of what was going on in the rooms next to mine. I didn’t complain about anything because I was only there to sleep and I’m clearly also aware of the saying…you get what you pay for!

We checked in the bathroom door was busted and duck taped back together. Their was other guest personal belongings left in the room and there was hair in the bed.

This place is awful! Do not stay here! We stayed and made it one night then had to leave. Broken things in room, trash breakfast, none of the facilities worked, rude and incompetent staff, and stains and bed bugs. Don’t do it.

Nice Stay
Room was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Great location, close to lots of places to eat. Only thing both ice machines wasn't working, other than that, nice stay!
