Very dirty room clogged sink my room wasn’t clean every other day and they turned off my ac after I left it on because it was too hot, very racist, front desk asking me if I was a American citizen,i stayed because we were tired after driving from California to Dallas 26 hours
The hotel receptionist was locked in had to tell him what we wanted before he unlocked door found that suspicious. The room we were given was dirty the bed unmade looked like someone had just finished doing the deed and used the pillow cases to wipe and clean themselves. There was a utility knife on the parking lot right next to our car.
Did not stay handed room key and left much rather sleep in my car
There was tissue paper stuffed into the peep holes of the door to the room. There were stains on the sheets on each bed in the room. Some of the towels were stained in the bathroom.
Provided a room that had not been cleaned. Hotel was very dirty. I had to clean the room myself, (no exaggeration.) Staff was rude and did not assist. I had to use my own linen because none was provided. Hotel had no amenities.
Towels were stained and no washcloths available. Trash can had a dirty bag. Carpet very dirty and the remote would not work. The door was missing top lock chain and the bottom where it locks was a little loose. Felt a little unsafe with my kids in that aspect.
It was terrible I just got back home and I’m at the va hospital for a bad rash on my back the rooms their were nasty and the service sucks I go there for my work at Lockheed Martin I will tell my friends and colleagues no to go to that hotel
I like the fact that the property manager understood my feelings toward the room and refunded my money without any hassle. I had a picture of the room to show him
Needs softer beds. Also has no pool. They’ve turned the pool area and filled it with dirt and stuff. Just wasn’t too pleased but it fitted my budget at the time and was the only thing available.
So this was a reservation through Expedia whom when started the reservation was on the correct property which is southwest not Dallas south! Then I go check in, mean while got the address opened through there app over to maps and took me to the property I had booked but when I got there I had no reeevation for that paroleety but the other property in Dallas south! So I called property to cancel and ask if I would get my Money back they had no problem with it but then Expedia calls and refuse cause it said nonrefundable when I made the reservation not only was this the hot tub suite but I paid 139 for that then cause I could afford another Uber to go to that property I now had to pay for the room of the property in south grand prAirie at 144 for that night and didn’t get a hot tub room and it was a dirty room at that! For more and I explained what happened to Expedia and that I called hotel and they said if they called and canceled it they would refund it. Well Expedia I’ve been using for years and y’all have made a lot Of Money off me but u refuse to even give me one back because of a fault in ur system have the wrong property listed and then fail to correct it almost leaving me on the street due to their lack of having ads for both hotels down to the pictures of front of hotel completely identical to confuse to people when booking then fail to correct it’ just robot it out I guess
Wow this motel was unbelievable! Three rooms for five construction workers. It was filthy. One bathroom was so dirty one of our guys wouldn’t even take a shower for three days. That bad! Another room had old soup ok the microwave! Needless to say I moved them over to Holiday Inn Express today. $90 a night. Why?? Somebody call the health department!
I was guaranteed my card would not be charged before I pay at the hotel. There is an additional $30 charge on my card from Super8 Wyndham on Hampton Rd., Dallas, TX. Also experience books in the bed. The other guest was loud and cussing and very disturbing.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
I will not stay again
I called ahead to see if I could get a downstairs room due to my pcl being tore. He told he would see when I got here. It was terribly hot in the room and couldn’t get the air conditioner to kick on or the fan to stay on.
Mold on the tub, wrong toilet cover on toilet, sink faucet leaked, shower spout loose from wall, no washcloth provided, room and facility looked nothing like the website photos.
Most comfortable bed and pillows. Slept best in months. On line shows breakfast included. No breakfast is offered not much of an apology but still would stay again.
