The bartender who was named Beth was absolutely fabulous! Her drinks were very creative. She obviously enjoyed her job. She went above and beyond to assist her customers!
Super sketchy hotel. We were given a room and couldn’t get in. But when we did there are already people staying in our room. Bunch of druggies in the area. Horrible management. Couldn’t even get me a refund. Now their phone is disconnected so I can’t contact for a refund. Was told to call back so the manager Brandon can do the refund. Still no contact and refund made after a week
From start to finish the stay was nearly perfect. Bed was comfortable even for my Army vet wife who likes harder beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good but shower was too close to the counter for us larger individuals to get in and out of. Air in room was wonderful. Breakfast wasn't that great but wasn't the worst. They seem to have a lot of school tournament people stay so they ran out quickly and couldn't keep up with the food needed. I could only hear other rooms while in the hallway not in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The rooms were clean beds pretty comfortable. The facility was overall clean. I would stay again. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again. Free parking

Served it's purpose for the 2 nights I was there. Room smelled a bit musty upon check-in, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Their computer system was down and could not check anyone in. The situation couldve been made better with customer service but instead the front desk agent was very unprofessional and incompetent. In addition to that, he also yelled at a guest who was upset for having to wait for hours with his young kids waiting in the car. the general manager dealt with the problem severely unprofessionally as well and she did not care about the checkin guests that have been waiting for hours and hours. I worked in the hospitality industry for my whole life and I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism from both the front desk agent and the general manager. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I bet this hotel received lots of backlash from that day (12/22/2023) but I really hope the management company takes these seriously.
We were waiting in front of check in around 30 minute…When we arrived there was a lady in a bar area which she disappeared suddenly. We were keep calling hotel to see if someone will pick up the phone…It was a ring on the table which it didnt help our situation! We reached out to Expedia and they werent able to talk to anybody at hotel! Even the other guest was trying to help us and she mentioned that she had same issue!
The front desk lady came after 30 minute and even she didnt bother herself to apologize! She told us that she had things to do and it took long! We were surprised while she was trying to say its our problem that she wasnt at front!
The worst customer service ever! Also, we are leaving early in the morning and i asked if we can get something just like the other hotels when we are leaving earlier they are offering us water or even fruit or yogurt! She said they dont offer anything! We came to the room and for the fifth person in the room it wasnt anything such as pillow and etc. Also, the coffee machine wasnt inna good shape! The front desk came to our room and told us that we can microwave the plastic cup!!!!! Even on the cup it mentions no microwave! I chose this hotel while I saw only the good reviews! The towels were super dirty and there were many black long hair on them! Even it was black spots on one of them! We are not suggesting this place and im not sure how its possible to rate this hotel even good! The room needs to be deep clean!

We stayed Friday night and Saturday during a big soccer weekend with a LOT of players, coaches, and families. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were the nicest most professional staff I have encountered in years. Absolutely fantastic. Great hotel and experience.
The hotel here is very nice. The rooms are very very spacious compared to other hotels. The layout of the room, I thought was perfect. You get some privacy when sharing room with your children and the bathroom was extremely spacious as well with a very cool barn style sliding door. I didn’t get to experience the free breakfast since it ended extremely early at 9 AM.
The public area downstairs is nice. They have a bar and an outside sitting area with a gas fire pit. The room was a large suite with lots of room. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The parking lot looked small but there were open parking spots. I did not see any trailer parking spots.
They have a large breakfast served from 7-10am. Good selection of food and everything tasted great.
Staff was very friendly and personable. They made my family and i stay comfortable.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
